Before we ship our products, they go through a rigorous quality check to ensure your complete satisfaction. Below is our Exchange and Return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Defense Code.
If you received an Amigo Encantado and you are not satisfied or regret having made a new friend, your exchange or return request must be made to our Service Center on WhatsApp +55 (43) 9 9676 8159 or by email, [email protected], within a period of 7 (seven) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, informing the reason for the request with photos and videos of the product and your data (name, telephone, invoice, CPF).
We offer this option for those who have shared so many adventures with their Encantado and, by some misfortune, have their friend torn, broken or damaged. Because we believe in a more environmentally friendly world, where things are not disposable, we offer a free repair service for your Encantado. If something sad happens after the 7 (seven) day period, don't cry, we can help you!

The value of the returned product, including shipping related to it, will be refunded according to the payment method used for your purchase.
It is important to remember that refunds will only occur after receipt of the returned product and analysis of its conditions by the Amigos Encantados team, remembering that as it is a handmade product, it must be handled with care and small variations may exist, see our POLICIES for understand if this is the case.
For purchases made using a credit card, the chargeback is made by the card company as a credit on the buyer's next invoice, which may vary depending on the expiration date of your card.
We remind you that this procedure is under the responsibility of the credit card company.
When purchasing with a bank slip, when contacting our Customer Service Center, enter your bank details (bank, current account and CPF).
The deposit in the amount of the returned product will be made into your checking account in approximately 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the product at our distribution center.
