2. Who is responsible for the development of the doll designs?
This task is carried out by me, The Wizard ✨🧙♂️. Each story, idea, and doll is meticulously crafted by hand at every step of the process, from the conception of the stories - often born from dreams - to the selection of the most suitable materials to minimize environmental impact.

The dolls are made with anti-allergic filling in resistant fabric. The clothes, ornaments and also small details are made with vintage fabrics and accessories.

Yes, all garments are removable.

Yes, depending on the model of the doll, they are articulated in the arms, legs, head, ears and tail..
4. I want to buy more dolls of the same model, how can I do it?
Most of the pieces are unique. In these cases, it is possible to make a similar model, but it will not be the same, as we create sustainably with limited quantity vintage fabrics and trims, often manufacturing them manually and artistically, giving new meaning to the history of each raw material. 5. What age is it recommended for? 👶👧🧒🧔👴👵👩
It is recommended for adults and children over 3 years old. For children under 3 years of age, use it only for decoration, as the dolls are adorned with embroidery and small parts, the child could swallow them.
6. What is the necessary care for the dolls?
I recommend avoiding getting the creations wet, except for washing (see the "Cleaning your magical friend" section for detailed instructions). Although the pieces are intended for adults and children to play and decorate, remember that this is a textile creation and therefore needs to be handled with care, especially in relation to the embroidery on the clothes and body. Also, avoid leaving the dolls exposed to direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric colors to fade over time. With a little attention and care, your Amigo Encantado could last for generations.

Yes, most parts are unique models.
I always leave it marked in the ad when the model has more than one piece. All are 100% handmade, including embroidery and accessories. Some minimal differences may occur in these cases, however, I always try to maintain product fidelity and high quality, as are the images of each doll.
2. I placed my order. What is the shipping deadline?
We ship your order within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive? 🚚
Delivery time will depend on the type of shipping selected. It usually takes between 7 and 20 business days after payment is cleared.

Only if it hasn't been sent yet. However, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can update the information.
It is important to note that the store is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses, so it is essential that you check all the data carefully before finalizing the order. If the order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee for the reshipment.

The doll must be hand washed and separated from its clothes and accessories so as not to stain it. Let it dry in the shade in an environment with good ventilation.
Cleaning your Amigo Encantado in 3 steps 🛁
Step 1: Remove the doll's clothing and accessories to wash them separately.
Step 2: With a soft sponge and neutral soap, wet the doll and the clothes, gently rubbing each piece. If the dirt is intense, let it soak for a maximum of 30 minutes and then rub gently. Do not use abrasive or bleaching products!
Step 3: Rinse each piece well and squeeze to remove excess soap and water. Repeat the process three times, wetting again and squeezing to remove excess. Make sure no more foam comes out when squeezing.
To help with drying and avoid stains on light parts, use a bath towel or a clean fabric with high water absorption, squeezing each of the doll's parts, allowing the bath towel to absorb the remaining water that was in the doll. Let it dry in the shade in a well-ventilated place. Don't hang it up, just lay it on the bath towel and let it dry. ✨
