My Strong Little Friend is a special line of Amigos Encantados designed for those who love plush animals infused with a touch of story and magic. Every step of the creation, modeling, and crafting process is original and entirely handmade, inspired by the iconic Teddy Bears of 1902, created by Morris Michtom.
Each friend is crafted with soft plush fabric, hypoallergenic filling, and hand-painted details, ensuring comfort and meticulous attention to every feature. Their eyes, small crystalline resin jewels filled with shimmering particles and iridescent colors, bring life and unique expression to each piece.
As a complement, the magical flute is crafted from reinforced cold porcelain and features a magnetic system that allows the little bear to hold it effortlessly. The clothing, meticulously designed, is made from carefully selected fabrics sourced from our collection of vintage pieces, reworked using upcycling techniques. This sustainable approach not only helps build a greener world but also makes each Strong Little Friend even more unique.
Thanks to this handcrafted process and the exclusivity of materials, each model is produced in a limited edition, turning every Strong Little Friend into a piece with a story, from its creation to the hands of the guardian who adopts it.
ARAMEL | THE BEE ENCHANTER
For days now, the eastern garden of my tower has been in utter chaos. The ruby-stinger bees have claimed it as their own, buzzing in frantic spirals and stinging anything—or anyone—that dares to get too close. And, as luck would have it, that "anyone" is almost always me.
To make matters worse, the thorn fairies, the supposed guardians of the garden, seem to have gone on an unsanctioned vacation. There they were, sprawled across tree branches, napping in the sun or coming up with half-hearted excuses for their lack of effort. Between the stings and the disappearing flowers, my patience had worn thin.
So, I decided to head down to the village in search of help. The mission was simple: find someone—or something—capable of dealing with those winged thieves. That’s when I stumbled upon Aramel, a caramel-colored bear who immediately caught my eye in the town square.
Aramel was no ordinary bear. He wore a slightly crooked hat and carried a flower-shaped flute. Around him, children and adults whispered excitedly. “That’s the Bee Charmer,” they said. “He lures them away with his magic tunes.” Admittedly, I was skeptical, but desperation has a way of making you believe in even the most curious solutions.
Without wasting time, I hired Aramel’s peculiar services. With a confident grin, he made his way to the eastern garden and raised the flute to his lips. The melody that followed was indescribable—sweet as honey, fluid as the sway of blossoms in the wind. The bees, utterly enchanted, abandoned their siege and swarmed around the bear in a reverent procession. In a matter of minutes, they were gone, drifting off into the horizon and taking their chaos with them.
The bromeliads sighed with relief. So did I. But now, an even trickier challenge lies ahead: calling an emergency meeting with the thorn fairies. It’s unacceptable for such renowned guardians to let a traveling bear do their job for them. Perhaps I’ll need a magic flute to wake them up too…
